Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy

WAWKI SAC (www.wawki.pe) has a policy of no returns, no refunds, but of replacing products if deemed necessary. The reasons why the organization takes this decision are stated below:

 

No Returns: Our Operations Center is in the city of Moyobamba, which considerably increases the costs and logistics times involved in a return, which is why it is not convenient for either the customer or the organization to activate a returns policy at this time.

 

No Refunds: We do not issue refunds or partial refunds. We firmly believe in the quality of our products, and we want our customers to do the same, which is why we decided not to issue refunds but rather to issue second chances and compensation in specific cases that warrant it.

 

Replacements: Our organization is very meticulous with the quality of our products for sale, but in specific cases that warrant a replacement, we are willing to do so at no cost for the products or shipping costs nationwide. We only replace products that are visibly damaged such as crushed, cut, moldy pods, and other damages that may have occurred especially during shipping. Our products are shipped in optimal conditions, but unfortunately we cannot control the Courier's processes.

 

Key points:

either   Process: If you require any product replacement, write to us at atencion@wawki.pe with your request and details of the case, including images of the same, we will evaluate the case and confirm the approval or observation within a maximum period of two (2) business days.

either   Deadline: The request must be made during the first thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the order.

either   Product: We will replace the selected products at no cost with the same type of product and we will add extra products as compensation.

either   Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be free of charge for the customer at the national level (Peru); in the case of international shipments, these costs must be covered by the customer.
